Shannon Thomas is a skilled family law advocate, who has the unique ability to be both a formidable litigator when necessary, and also be settlement oriented when it serves the best interests of her clients.

 

Ms. Thomas attended the University of California, Irvine where she received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. She went on to receive Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Dispute Resolution (M.D.R.) degrees at Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu. 

 

In December 2001 Ms. Thomas was licensed to practice law in the State of California. In September 2008, Ms. Thomas was certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the area of Family Law.

 

Ms. Thomas is an active member of the California State Bar and Orange County Bar Associations. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Orange County Head Start, Inc., and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County. She has previously been recognized by the California State Assembly for receipt of a scholarship from the Mexican American Bar Foundation.
