ABOUT US
At Strunk Loos APC, we bring an attentive and thoughtful approach to each case with over 100 years of combined family law experience. Founded by partners Kerri L. Strunk and Joan E. Loos, Strunk Loos, APC provides knowledge, experience and perspective to every client facing a family law issue. Keeping an open line of communication with our clients, we present a realistic approach to each case with our client’s goals at the forefront. We have delivered our clients success in multiple family law matters involving divorce, child and spousal support, complex business valuations, cash flow analysis, child custody and visitation, high asset property division, enforcement and more. We are trusted amongst our clients to deliver results with many returning for assistance with their post-judgment issues including modifications and enforcement. The best confirmation of our ability to achieve our client’s goals are the referrals we receive from former clients and peers in the legal community.
Our team combines strong courtroom advocacy and skilled negotiations to complex family law matters – providing sound advice to create effective legal solutions. We understand that many family law matters can be emotional for our clients. Part of our job is to help our clients make decisions based on facts and law with a cost-benefit approach. When settlement is not viable, our attorneys are formidable litigators, forming trial teams with the ability to handle a variety of cases, regardless of size or complexity. Appearing before family law judges for decades, our attorneys have well-established reputations for diligence, candor and taking a pragmatic approach. Our attorneys have also built a strong reputation and are well respected among their peers, with both partners being recognized as “Super Lawyers” for numerous years.
Our team values the importance of connection and education, making it a priority to stay involved within the family law community and continuing to expand our knowledge and skills. Our attorneys serve in multiple areas including the Orange County Association of Family Law Specialists, University of California Irvine Law School, Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association, and Laura’s House – a non-profit organization providing resources to individuals who have been victims of domestic violence.
