Robin L. Kessler, Associate Attorney

Robin L. Kessler is an associate attorney at Strunk | Loos.  Robin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor degree and Certificate in Child and Family Law, magna cum laude, from Whittier Law School.

Prior to law school, Robin enjoyed a successful career in the entertainment industry. While in law school, Robin worked as a certified law clerk at Whittier Law School’s Center for Family and Children’s Rights where she represented low-income families at a variety of hearings, including dissolution matters, custody disputes, and conservatorships.  Robin was also a Center for Family and Children’s Rights Fellow and served as a staff member on Whittier Law School’s Journal of Child & Family Advocacy.

Before joining Strunk | Loos, Robin provided employment law independent investigation services.  She specialized in conducting investigations of employment-related claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, for private and public companies, public universities, and community college districts.  Additionally, Robin counseled employers on a variety of workplace issues including hiring, discipline and separation, drafting and implementing employment policies, and conducting training sessions on discrimination and other workplace topics.

Robin now exclusively practices family law.  She is a passionate advocate committed to helping clients navigate through what is often the most difficult time in their life.  Robin believes in communicating to clients the strengths and weaknesses of their case to facilitate informed decisions.
