Eileen E. Landau is a Senior Associate Attorney with Strunk Loos, APC. Ms. Landau earned her J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School in 2008 and her B.A. from Tulane in 2001.

 

After admission to the California Bar in January 2009, Ms. Landau began practicing family law in Orange County. In 2017, she was certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She focuses on helping clients achieve their goals by developing a clear case strategy from the outset and applying creative, solution-oriented advocacy as issues evolve. Her litigation experience includes matters involving child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property division, stepparent adoptions, and attorney’s fees.

In 2023, after 14 years of exclusively practicing family law, Ms. Landau transitioned to serve as minor’s counsel in Los Angeles County dependency court. She returned to Strunk Loos and family law in 2026. Her experience as minor’s counsel gives her valuable insight into the impact changing family systems have on children and informs her representation of parents navigating family court.

Ms. Landau is a member of the State Bar of California and the Family Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association. She was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2018 and 2019.
